Paul has over 40 years’ experience specialising in jazz funk and soul music. He is featured in the book ‘The history of the UK jazz dance scene’ and is now presenting “Sunday Breakfast” on Solar Radio.
He established himself as the resident DJ in the Brunel Rooms Amphitheatre, Swindon in the 80’s which attracted considerable media coverage in Blues & Soul Magazine and his playlist charts were featured on BBC Radio 1. He has built a reputation for his versatility in playing and engaging audiences with a wide range of jazz, funk and soul music both on radio and in DJ sets at events. His first radio show was on Jazz Funk Soul Radio, called The Ultimate Collection, which he presented from January 2019 until September 2023.
Paul has developed a high level of engagement with listeners and with established and new music artists. The Sunday Breakfast Show is from 8am – 10am and includes the Record of the Week and various features where listeners can get involved and recommend their favourite songs.
